INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Free Insured & Tracked Shipping to the United States so everyone can enjoy our products.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Please note that shipping times may occasionally be extended due to customs clearance procedures or other factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite shipping or customs processing.

United States: 7-12 business days
If you have just received a shipping confirmation email, please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update.
WRONG ADDRESS
We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
We make every effort to verify shipping details; however, customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate before placing an order.
PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED
If your package is marked as successfully delivered by your local postal service (such as USPS) to the shipping address provided, but you have not received it, you must first contact your local post office and file a formal report or affidavit for a lost, stolen, or undelivered package.
Once this has been completed, please contact us at hanshen88888@gmail.com with all relevant documentation and information. We will review the case and may, at our sole discretion, arrange for a replacement shipment.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued for orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES & REFUSED PACKAGES
Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or related charges that may be imposed by their country.
If a package arrives in the destination country and is refused by the customer, abandoned, or returned due to refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to abandon the package and no refund will be provided.
